1st Harting Scout HQ and Camp Site
The use of the hut is a standard charge, whether it is used just for activities, accommodation or both.
For the purposes of accounting, day use is considered as any day that starts on the same day as it ends (i.e. one that does not include overnight sleeping).
Scout/Guide parties charges:~ £25.00 for overnight stay ((24Hr Period) (day/night), £2.00 per person per night is levied.
Other parties charges:~ £30.00 for overnight stay ((24Hr Period) (day/night), £3.00 per person per night is levied.
Deposit (refundable) is levied of £25.00 to all Organization, To secure booking and against Cancellation without prior notice. ( Prior notice must be at least 1 Month )
The Deposit will cover the initial part of any breakage cost. Additional breakage costs over and above the Deposit value will be claimed through other means.
If a receipt is required please send a stamped addressed envelope with the deposit and confirmation of booking.
All bookings must be confirmed with in 1 calendar month of booking to avoid any disappointment
